Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, Ayodhya Dham, opened its first terminal at the end of 2023. The expansion tracked here covers the next phase: a larger terminal and runway works intended to take bigger aircraft and more daily flights.
For land buyers the airport matters in two ways. Land acquired for the expansion is off the market, and the roads that feed the airport tend to see commercial demand first: hotels, parking, warehousing and fuel.
